Automobile brake master cylinder is a very important part of automobile brake system, in order to solve the problem of measuring the belemnoid dimension of brake master cylinders compensation holes. In this project, we design a measurement instrument of braking mastering compensation holes, with which Precision mechanical transmission system> CCD imaging system and grating sensor measuring system et. Realized the observation of the quality with the inner surface of Brake master cylinder, measure the diameter of brake master cylinder and the chamfering of brake master cylinder by non-contact.It is a precision testing instrument synthesize with photology, mechanology and electricity.In this paper, it introduces the overall structure and the testing principle of the instrument. Introduction for each subsystem, especially the choice of servo motor and guide rail for precision mechanical drive system and grating sensor measuring system. Finally, analysising the errors of metrical data, the conclusion is drawn that the objective testing data of the instrument.
