| To solve the traditional measurement methods'defects on compensating brake master cylinder,such as low efficiency,poor precision and so on,this paper proposes the system's design method based on optical imaging,precision control-transmission,and image processing.we utilize CCD optical system to capture the compensation hole's images,control the transmission mechanism precisely,then analysis the compensation hole's images on computer,and utilize grating displacement sensor to measure compensation hole's location with high-precision. So through this system,we could measure the compensation hole's diameter,edge chamfer and location precisely at the same time,and could detect the process quality of the brake master cylinder'inner surface,therefore greatly improve the measure precision,efficiency and reliability.In this paper, we describe the measure system's overall-design method roughly at the first, and then elaborate the subsystems'design in detail,at last introduce the system's measurement methods and processes,analysis the experimental data,and then conclude this measure system's objective evaluation. |
