With the advance in processing craft for electronic devices, the development of photoelectric device, and the popularization of computer, the development of spectral analysis equipment is moving rapidly toward the direction of miniaturized and portable. In this paper, a miniature spectral acquisition system is designed for miniature spectrometer. According to the spectral imaging features of cross asymmetric Czemy-Turner optical path, TCD1304DG linear CCD is chose to be used as photoelectric sensor in spectral acquisition system. FPGA is used as the central control unit of the high-resolution data acquisition system. An Analog Front End (AFE) chip which has integrated Programmable Gain Amplifier (PGA) and16-bit analog-digital conversion is used as the main chip of the signal process. USB2.0high-speed data transmission circuit is developed.Because the USB interface is used as the only power supply for this system, each modules is provided independent power regulator circuit. PC software including the functions of real-time display and processing is designed to test this system in spectral acquisition. Miniature integrated circuit design scheme meets the characteristics and requirements of the spectrometer of Miniaturized and portable used.
