| Spectrometer is a kind of important spectral analysis instruments, almost all areas of science have spectrometer figure. Because the traditional spectrometer big volume, weight heavy and complicated, cannot simultaneously on the system more than testing, especially in the wave field measurement received great restrictions. Spectral instrument of miniaturization, miniaturization is its development tendency.This paper puts forward a method based on CCD miniature spectrometer system design scheme. The scheme selection for spectral measurements of CCD detector, optical system adopts folding Czerny-Turner structure design, greatly reducing the size of the optical system, In detecting system aspects with field programmable logic gate array (FPGA) EPM7032 design of the CCD drive and signal acquisition system. Adopted FPGA on-chip programmable (SOPC) technology, the integration of the NiosII soft nuclear UART, CPU etc function module, the whole system with only A FPGA resources development of the CCD drive circuit, A/D sampling control circuit, USB drive circuit module, make whole spectrometer system is realized by single chip control. Completed based on USB miniature spectrometer and PC communications, and use the Labview developed spectral colleting and processing software to realize spectrometer spectral data processing, spectral line drawing, wavelength calibration related functions. Finally, to this system has been related experiments, and the result shows that:according to the scheme design of miniature spectrometer can simultaneously with multiple wavelength measurement, the whole spectrometer volume weight reached the design requirements of miniaturization, miniaturization. In order to make the CCD detection system can be detected with broad spectral range, choose 3694 pixels5, linear CCD as detector pieces. Using CCD dedicated A/D conversion chip MAX1101 CCD correlation and output signal frequency-field processing, after conversion temporarily stored in FPGA digital signal, the processed through USB teleport to PC, by application software spectral data further analysis, processing and display. As the core of the whole system FPGA, completing the CCD driving sequence, MAX1101 sampling timing and FT245BM USB chip pulse sequence control.Adopt Protel DXP drawing completed system principle chart drawing and PCB design, use Quartus II, Modelsim and Synplify software design, simulation and realized the logical module. Use an oscilloscope and embedded logic analyzers CCD signal acquisition system commissioning, each module in all can work normally. Combined with optical platform and application software test showed that, Detection system can clearly distinguish the unique characteristics of mercury spectral lines, the successful completion of spectral data collection, processing and transmission. |
