Research On Motor Torque Test

Because motor have superior performance which are widely applied in various fields, its performance and quality indicators accurate measurement is very important.This paper studies the operating characteristics of the motor testing techniques, including motor dynamic and static torque, speed and efficiency of testing techniques. According to the requirements of the motor test technology, we design a motor torque test equipment which can meet the relevant technical requirements. This system adopts two kinds of torque measurement methods, dynamic torque measurement method and static torque measurement method, uses microprocessor to collect data including rotational speed of load motor and torque signals of to-be-tested motor, figures out the rotational speed and torque through software algorithm, as well as displays and output them. This system also makes actual measurement of a type of motor. The measurement period is short; the measurement precision is high; and the performance is stable.
