Clutch torque measurement is a very important point and also a difficult point in clutch performance anylasis, quality inspection and further development. This paper is based on the clutch working principle, implement a set of resistance strain gage as the sensor. The new designed system adopts wireless data transmission technology. It provide a system to measure clutch torque dynamically.Labview is adopted in this paper to design the software system which are used to collect data, storage data and display the result. Based on the relationship between output voltage from the torque sensor and the true torque value, VI programmes are designed in this paper.Through testing the new designed system on the bench, the result is that the inaccuracy of the measurement is less than1.0%(F.S)N· M, inaccuracy of repeated test is no more than2%, and with0.57%linearity. The results indicate that the new designed system has relatively high precision and high anti-interference ability. And it provide the clutch manufacture and the car assembly plant a strong technical support. |
