| Project quality is related to the public’s life safety and quality of life,to ensure the quality of the project is the responsibility of all levels of government can not shirk.Beijing as the capital,the Beijing municipal government for the construction quality of Beijing is very important,control is more stringent.However,the quality of the project in Beijing to the public is not satisfied,indicating that the Beijing municipal government supervision also has some shortcomings.As the private construction enterprises occupy the main position of the construction industry,the quality of the project has a significant impact,in view of this,to study how to strengthen the Beijing municipal construction enterprises project quality government supervision,to protect the quality of construction projects in Beijing,with practical significance.In this paper,the paper discusses the characteristics of government supervision of private construction enterprises in Beijing.First of all,this paper defines the concept of government supervision of civil construction enterprises in Beijing,and expounds the characteristics and necessity of government supervision of private construction enterprises.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of the government supervision of the engineering quality of the private construction enterprises in Beijing,and analyzes the causes of the problems in the supervision.Thirdly,the game model of the supervisory institution and the private construction enterprise is established,and the game model is constructed from the aspects of supervision,punishment,project quality investment and rent-seeking behavior of the government supervision institution,and the quality of supervision and engineering is explored.Finally,in order to enhance the level of government supervision of engineering quality of private construction enterprises in Beijing,we will strengthen the supervision and improve the level of government supervision from the legal system,organization,system construction,supervision and supervision of Beijing’s private construction enterprises effect. |
