According to the theory of domino effect define secondary accident risk caused by subway fire is the vulnerability of subway station own existence under the disturbance of the fire risk, due to the accidental release of energy causes the difference in fire accident injuries. From the point of Domino effect-reaction chain, we separated subway fire and secondary accidents through physical properties. The abrupt subway fires may lead to hazard-formative environments that might induce the secondary accident and trigger factors both are stimulated simultaneously. Influenced by the incidental release of energy, the secondary accidents would be reactive to subway fire accidents in the meanwhile, leading to the vulnerability of all hazard-effected bodies in the subway is exposed to the dangerous environment, that increase the degree of the consequence. Based on the incidental release of energy theory, the secondary accidents in subway fires are classified to four types include squeeze and stampede, collapse, poisoning and electric shock. Create a risk assessment model of secondary accident risk caused by subway fire, according to the different period, different site of secondary fire accidents, assess the accident site and the whole risk of secondary accidents of subway network, aims to provide theoretical basis for subway fire accident rescue work.Under the fire disturbance, the risk in the subway station vulnerability evaluation index, determine the scope of the evaluation value of each index, in Beijing metro, for example by means of field investigation and data processing for MTR station around the actual index assessment value, the qualitative indexes and quantitative analysis, a combination of using risk fragile line analysis can not only to conduct the risk assessment of the fire station, also may carry on the risk of adjacent site vulnerable line analysis, for the subway network secondary accident risk analysis lays the foundation; At the same time, the fifth chapter is the subway network secondary fire accident risk assessment study.Based on the theory research of complex network that extended the secondary accident in subway fires to network study and given a new definition, by analyzing the base references of topological structure and studying the network transmission principle of the secondary accident, we established partial topological structure of Beijing subway network, taking Xizhimen subway station as an example to carry out risk assessment to the conjunct network. We found that the vulnerability of the secondary accident from the subway itself and the basic characteristics of the network are the crucial factors to define the secondary accidental risk of the network subway fires.
