Promoting the development and construction of integrated pipeline corridors,eliminating the phenomenon of "urban spider web",and improving the level of urban wisdom and greening are the goals and requirements under the new form of urban development today.However,the centralization of various pipelines into the corridor also brings complex operation and maintenance safety management problems.Among them,the serious destructive nature of gas pipeline disasters brings a great threat to the operation and maintenance safety of integrated pipeline corridors.Therefore,it is an important issue to explore the evolution of the risk of gas disasters in the integrated pipeline corridor,clarify the key risks and provide timely warning to ensure the safety management of the integrated pipeline corridor operation and maintenance.Due to the complex internal environment of gas pipelines,there are often multiple risks coupled and transformed by each other,and both the causes and results are highly variable,so the internal evolution mechanism needs to be fully considered.In this paper,firstly,on the basis of collecting and crawling data of gas disaster accidents in integrated pipeline corridors,accident reports are analyzed through accident causality theory,risk subjects are extracted and accident chains are formed,and the association rules between risk factors are revealed.Then,using complex network theory,the risk network of gas disaster accidents in integrated pipeline corridors is constructed from a dynamic perspective,and the risk evolution rules and causal relationships within the network are taken as the main objects of research to develop a systematic analysis of the causes of gas disaster accident risks in integrated pipeline corridors.Based on the calculation of network topological characteristics index,it is found that it has the characteristics of scale-free network and non-small-world network.The key risk evolution chain is obvious and fewer network nodes control the whole risk network.On this basis,the key nodes under the betweeness centrality value strategy are identified through the node importance principle and network failure strategy simulation,and are used as early warning indicators for gas disaster accident risk,avoiding the subjectivity of index selection.Finally,after quantifying and grading the key risk indicators,the SVM early warning model is established using MATLAB software as a training test sample to realize the study of early warning grading of gas disaster accident risks in integrated pipeline corridors.The emergency response decisions under different alert levels are used to block the accident chain of key risk evolution and achieve effective prevention and control of gas disaster accident risks.This paper constructs a risk network dedicated to gas disaster accidents in integrated pipeline corridors based on actual accident data,and tries to simulate the real evolution law among risk subjects,expanding the research of complex network theory in the field of integrated pipeline corridors risk management.On this basis,this paper explores the key risks of gas disaster accidents in integrated pipeline corridors through risk networks and forms an early warning classification of accident risks,which helps integrated pipeline corridors operation and maintenance personnel to carry out timely and effective control to achieve the purpose of risk avoidance and accident avoidance,thus providing some practical value.
