The Reconstruction Of Urban Village In Xiangshan City

"Village in city" is a unique phenomenon which is promoted in the process of the continuous and rapid economic development. The planning and management of "village in city" is mostly in the chaos and disorder, because of the the planning and management of city community is not fully applicable to the "village in city". With the expansion of the city and residents to improve the quality of life demand growth,"village in city " has gradually become the main city of city planning implementation, enhance the city’s comprehensive competitiveness, influence of city function and promote the modernization of city.The reconstruction of the "village in city" is necessary to solve the contradiction between city and village. Many cities have got useful experience and lessons in reconstruction of "village in city". Meanwhile, many experts and scholars and related subject areas in the "village in city" reform as an important research direction, they focus on the reconstruction of "village in city" with economy, society, culture and come up with the model and measures of planning and management.In this paper, we get the reconstruction of "village in city" in the center of Xiangshan as the object of this study, researching the factor of this problem and discussing the necessary of "village in city" reconstruction; on the basis of former factors, we come up with the strategies and suggestions of "village in city" reconstruction.The views of this paper clearly propose that "village in city" reconstruction should be closely combined with the overall goal of city development, and maintain its own features, so as to realize the "city" and "village" comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development.
