Automatic control system is essential to the production of modern industrial component. Requirements of modern industrial control systems programming should not only have the ability to quick reproduce, but also has flexible ability to process recipe combinations. In the traditional way of design, construction, production and project models, In order to let design drawings,IO lists, documents can be used in the next step. They often required different levels conversion, doing this conversion will consume professional engineer’s lot of time and effort. It will result in low labor efficiency, and will lead a variety of errors and omissions or duplicate problem will often occur. How to optimize programming methods, to achieve improved production efficiency has received increasing attention. These industrial field enterprises have done a lot of effort, a lot of integrated design software, integrated control system configuration software in the past few years, which will slowly become the new mainstream. In this paper, conventional coal-fired power plant coal handling control system as the main study object, introduced the coal handling process control system and the control system design. Through analysis control procedures for conventional coal handling system and comparison with the current trend, and refined industrial software development and summarize the work. The article proposed the intelligent programming new design concept of control system, and does some practices for the industrial control systems intelligent programming software. The paper aimed at achieving industrial automatic control system programming, which can improve the system maintainability, ease of use, and ultimately automate production efficiency.The coal blending, automatic path generation, multi-path control instance are selected and whitened in the article, relying on coal handling equipment digitized decomposition using indirect addressing, array variables, recursion, multiple nesting ST language programming approach combines EXCEL spreadsheet formula, the paper achieved the automatic programming of the control logic functions. Three programming instance almost covers the whole process of coal, showing the importance of intelligent programming software to improve the efficiency of the program.This paper uses a variety of the most popular and most advanced PLC programming software to achieve part of intelligence programming work for the future development of the universal applicability of independent industrial automation intelligent programming software foundation.
