The survey shows that in recent years,China's clean energy power generation industry represented by hydropower,nuclear power,wind power,etc.is developing rapidly,but it still cannot surpass the important position of thermal power generation in China.Nowadays power plants are increasingly pursuing economic benefits,and the capacity of power generation equipment is increasing.Therefore,the automatic control of thermal power plant equipment has also put forward higher requirements.As one of the three auxiliary systems of thermal power plants,the coal transportation system occupies a pivotal position in the thermal power plant's production system.Therefore,the safe,stable,and uninterrupted operation of the coal transport system has become an essential factor for the efficient production of thermal power plants.The research object of this paper is the coal transportation system of boiler plant in the first phase of a 160,000-ton/year biodegradable engineering plastics integration project of a chemical plant.A redundant DCS program control system based on Siemens S7-400 H PLC is designed for the control requirements of the system.The redundant DCS system is equipped with dual power supplies and dual CPUs.When the primary CPU fails,the system immediately switches to the standby CPU.The switching time is just over ten milliseconds,which ensures the system's trouble-free operation and greatly increases the reliability of the control system.Promote.The communication of the DCS system adopts field bus and industrial Ethernet technology,which solves the cost of a large number of on-site wiring and improves the data transmission rate and reliability.Based on the characteristics of the coal mill's operation characteristics and controlled capacity in the coal handling system,the advantages and disadvantages of the existing optimal control scheme were analyzed.Finally,the particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to optimize the coal mill.In order to show the actual operation status of the coal mill in the simulation software MATLAB,the model of the outlet temperature of the coal mill was selected as the simulation example,and the PSO algorithm was used to optimize the outlet temperature model using the traditional PID control.The model was built in SIMULINK to realize the simulation.Through the comparison of the results,it was proved that the PSO-PID controller is superior to the traditional PID controller in the adjustment time and overshoot control of the system.Using Siemens PCS 7 to complete the hardware configuration of the coal handling program control system,and the establishment of the upper monitoring interface,the control of opening,parking,automatic coal blending and interlocking in the production process was realized.The particle swarm algorithm module was written in SCL language and put into practical simulation equipment.The feasibility and superiority of PSO-PID control were tested...
