Due to dust and more working environment,more equipment and more dispersed,long transmission lines,coalfired power plant thermal power plant need precise control of starting and stopping a lot of rotating equipment.So it is not a small challenge for on-site control of personnel.Coupled with on-site Noise and other factors that have an impact on human body and mind.Therefore,designing a control system that can automatically control the coal handling process of a thermal power plant can help the thermal power plant increase the production efficiency and reduce the bodily harm to workers.The maximum degree Automatic control of production can be finished.This is an inevitable trend and requirement for thermal power plant automation and market competition.First of all,based on the current application of coal handling control system in thermal power plant in China and abroad,this study analyzes the current situation and trend of development of control system in thermal power plant.At the same time,the author puts forward the design scheme of this study.Secondly,it analyzes the composition of the coal handling control system and elaborates the components of the coal handling automation control system in detail.The main components of the automatic control system include: coal handling system hardware components,industrial television monitoring system,transforming coal system,dust removal system,ape delivery system in five parts.Thirdly,the hardware of the coal conveying control system is designed in detail.The design of the coal conveying control system's network architecture,he control system's overall design,the hardware configuration design,the host computer design and the programmable controller are designed respectively.Finally,the software of coal conveying control system is designed.The WIN-CC configuration software is selected.The software of the system is designed by fuzzy PID technology.At the same time,the common faults are diagnosed and analyzed.The coal conveying control system of the hardware and software connections are tested for simulation.Through this study,the hardware structure and software design and commissioning test in the thermal power plant coal control system can be changed.You can very easily on the coal control system to collect data,the system can monitor the operational status at any time and achieve automatic fault alarm,voice call and so on.The research of the system has strong automatic control features,which can help coal-fired power plant thermal power plant automatic control and improve labor productivity.
