The Research On Group Making-decision Of Risk Evaluation In Construction Engineering Project

With the continuous development of our country’s economy, construction industry greatly promotes the economic and social progress, and has become the pillar industry of national economy in our country. The projects of construction industry are usually accompanied by risks. And due to the adjustment of national policies and the increasingly fierce competitions in construction industry, construction projects become hot issues, especially project risk evaluations have been more and more attention. From the point of the problems in existing research, in terms of risk evaluation, the projects which are lack of established standards had bigger errors; in risk research, many scholars were aimed at the research from one particular aspect, and did not combine all aspects of problems in the project to do the evaluation research; in risk factors identification, due to the cost of management, many project team were often reluctant to identify. Furthermore, in view of risk assessment, scholars mostly adopted qualitative research which had certain subjective arbitrariness, and quantitative method was always not operable because of its complex analytical process.The paper takes the construction of the project as the research object, and discusses the risk evaluation methods of group decision making in the construction project. And briefly describes the relevant construction risk, risk assessment and the basic theory of group decision-making, and constructs the risk evaluation index system of construction. By using the group decision-making, we establish the risk comprehensive evaluation mathematical model of the construction project and take an empirical research to demonstrate the calculation method and the evaluation process of this model, also prove the effectiveness of the method, make the theory and practice match with each other. Research results provide the owners and the contractor’s overall risk with a scientific and effective evaluation method.This paper consists of six parts. Firstly, it mainly describes the research background, purpose and significance of this paper, and overviews the research status of related theory from three aspects-the risk of the project, the engineering project risk evaluation and group decision-making, summarizes the existing problems, and then put forward related ideas and approaches. Secondly, summarizes the related theory. Then, combined with risk identifications of construction project and principles of index system, based on the analysis of actual situation on the construction project various risk factors, to identify risk factors and build a system of risk evaluation. Thirdly, constructs the risk evaluation method and model building of construction project. It mainly introduces the main method of construction project risk evaluation, and compares with group decision-making, embodies the advantages of the latter, and then uses the factor analysis to select the indicators, therefore, constructs the construction project group decision-making model for risk evaluation. Last but not the least, by selecting instances, to validate the group decision-making method, and then finally full explain the empirical results to determine the operability of this method.
