Power construction are the pioneers of industrial development in our country,and hydropower is clean energy,renewable,no pollution,low operating cost,high return on investment,convenient for electric power load,to improve resource utilization and comprehensive economic and social benefits,but the risk of hydropower project construction is higher than the general industrial and civil buildings.Because in hydropower project construction cost,resources,and labor productivity are there is a big risk in different degrees,so supervision of hydropower development enterprises and institutions are facing a more tremendous pressure of competition.In this paper,the risk of hydropower engineering construction project is discussed by means of document method,descriptive research method and case analysis method.Through the study found that political risk,natural risk,financial risk,technology risk and market risk is the main source of water and electricity engineering project risk,the risk included most of the risk factors in the present construction of hydropower project.Therefore,evaluate the risk and control risk is very important,must establish the evaluation index system of risk assessment,and should follow the principle of systematic,conciseness principle,the objectivity principle,timeliness principle,the principle of measurability,quantitative index and qualitative index combined with the principle.Taking a hydropower project as an example,the risks involved in the project include political risk,natural risk,economic risk,technical risk,market risk and other risk factors.By analyzing the parameters of the hydropower project,the correct risk evaluation index system is established.Common risk assessment methods include subjective scoring method,analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy teaching method,sensitivity analysis method and monte carlo simulation method.This case mainly adopts the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,which is systematic,practical and succinct.Through detailed introduction the hydropower project,emphatically analyzes the parameters,and the choice of targeted evaluation index,on the basis of using theanalytic hierarchy process,multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is set up,the final design out the risk evaluation index system of science.Finally,according to the risk assessment results,the risk control strategy of hydropower project is proposed.
