| In recent years, the Internet of Things (IOT) developed rapidly. It had widely application in a variety of fields, such as:industry, agriculture, national defense etc. due to its incomparable advantage in the automation, information technology and intelligent. As an important part of IOT, the Internet of Inland Ships was designed to provide ship sensing and traffic information service in the whole drainage area. However, relevant departments did not pay attention to the effective information sharing and integration between systems in the process of building, especially about the automatic identification system (AIS) and vessel traffic serve (VTS). This situation contributed to identification information error, dynamic data acquisition inaccurate, poor system stability and many other problems’ occur. So this paper according to the study about the technology of information fusion, designed a distributed fusion model to extend the information dimension, ensured the accuracy of data and enhanced the system robustness and reliability greatly.Primarily, we had a simple introduction the state about several countries’ Vessel Traffic Management System including the U.S.A, European Union, Japan and China. Among them, the River Information Services (short for RIS) was the most successful one. And it was also a model for our country to learn.Secondly, the paper researched the information fusion theory consist of its principles, structures, application,relation algorithms which were in respect of Statistically, Fuzzy Theory and Grey Theory. After that, as the target of the data consolidation, AIS and VTS system’s structure, characteristics and defects were shown to prove the necessity of the information fusion. Subsequently, according to the above studying, this paper not only outlined a distributed fusion model which four procedures——Information Preprocess, Data Matching, Track Association and Track Fusion were included, but also analyzed the algorithms about them, such as Kalman filtering, Mercator projection theorem, fuzzy association, MK-NN association, adaptive Fusion etc. With the comparation and simulation, we got two plans which were Kalman fusion and adaptive fusion. Both of them used the same Kalman filtering, time interpolation calibration and multi-factors grey association at the three preceding steps, but the fourth was different.Finally, to proof the plans’ practicability and to evaluate the quality of them, MATLAB was carried out to analogy multiple the process of signal processing. Outcomes of these test showed that the Kalman fusion model was better than the other one. It was more stable and reliable. The design of the AIS&VTS Information fusion in the internet of inland ships was available. |
