Modern large-scale thermal power plant is still the power system is the main force, in recent years, the installed capacity is more and more big, intensive, automation, specialization degree is higher and higher, but every year because of human factors causing unplanned outage, and even cause personal injury, bring bigger impact to the national economy, the family and the society. So the study of human factors analysis and prevention of significant events.This paper takes a large thermal power plant is a domestic electric power company and its subsidiary as an example, the occurrence of2005-2012during8years of typical events actually occurred because of security events at home and abroad and important accident theory, industrial engineering theory, human factors engineering management daily tool for system analysis of power plant operation safety, focusing on the use of brainstorming, iceberg theory for analysis, fault tree analysis and other common management and professional safety analysis method, combined with the actual plant accident case of general methods and steps of the method of fault tree analysis elaboration, to calculate probability of accidents by Boolean algebra, through qualitative and quantitative way that the accident cause, find out law and main reason, and from the human factors engineering accident prevention tools principle and lean production for accident prevention research, formulate the corresponding control measures and organize the implementation according to the actual situation of power plant, through the implementation of the first half of2013using the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the strategies and measures related to the implementation of countermeasures were summarized, the later does play to some extent, reduce the human events.Of course, the long-term effects and Countermeasures of consolidation also need further examination and the safety management of power plant, like the same, is only a starting point, not the end, need long-term adhere to strict management and strong execution to achieve the effect of long period of stability, can effectively reduce the occurrence of loss of NPP for the accident.Common for electric power enterprises problem:because the enterprise gradually mature, in the development opportunities of employees continue to decrease, and the proportion accounted for a larger proportion of the Contractor’s personnel flow is high, is bound to lead to the loss of technology maturity, and the new staff coming, not only requires the training of technical skills, also need to cultivate the sense of safety and culture construction all these will bring, and unsafe hidden, so the purpose of this paper is not only for a large power plant specific human event analysis and prevention, but also through the human event analysis and concern, in-depth thinking more electricity production enterprise management and operation personnel, how to deal with these not conducive to change security production, timely formulate practical and feasible measures and implement to the posts, to people, to reduce the accident is not safe, safeguard the safe production of electric power enterprise goal.
