With the popularity of smart grid and smart home,a large number of electrical devices will realize data exchange,information sharing and remote access through network.Power Line Communication(PLC)technology will play an important role.Using the exsiting power line,analog or digital siganal can be transmited with the carrier wave by PLC.It is no need to re-set up network to transfer data as long as the exsiting power line.It is vital to manage the devices in the power line network effectively,which is also the core task of this thesis.In this thesis,the development environment is combined by Miineport and IT900 as well as their supporting software.Miineport is a serial port networking module and IT900 is a power line communication module.Using Miineport as host,the two modules are connected with serial port to establish a power line communication device equipped with ethernet interface.This thesis describes how to realize a node in a power line network with concrete code.The compiled executable file is downloaded to Miineport via the ethernet TFTP protocol,and Miineport controls IT900 through the serial port,which in turn controls the power line network.In order to solve the centralized management and maintenance of power line network devices,this thesis designs a management system suitable for small-scale hybrid network.In the process of networking and testing,the network topology of the low voltage distribution network is simulated by using the existing network equipment of the campus network,and the function of the network management system is verified by a series of test software.In addition,the system is also compatible with transmission protocol currently used by the power industry which is convenient for the developers to design the application on it.Finally,the networking and testing are executed in the laboratory.With the use of existing equipment and a series of test software,the function of the power line communication system is verified.According to the experiment,the software designed in this paper can be used in the actual network such as medium and low voltage distribution network and access network.The system implements the management and configuration of each node device in the power line network.The master and slave devices can carry on a simple autonomy,and can be managed by local area network.In addition,the system can also transmit packets according to the current transmission protocol used power industry.
