Abstract/Summary:
Ceramsite-reinforced aerated concrete block is a new self-thermal insulation wall material with many advantages and broad development prospect. At present, the molding process and equipment of ceramisite-reinforced aerated concrete block are in the research and development stage. Developing the automatic block molding production line has great significance in promoting the popularization and application of the new wall materials.In this thesis, the production process has been improved, and the transfer device for ceramsite-reinforced aerated concrete block production line has been designed. The structural scheme,3D modeling and virtual prototype fabrication of the transfer device are completed. The kinematics simulation, the analysis of static and dynamic characteristic have been done. The main contents are as follows:1. According to the improved block production process, the action requirement of the transfer device in production line has been obtained. Through the analysis of its functional principle, we get two general schemes and establish corresponding three-dimensional model, then evaluate and compare the two general schemes to choose the better one.2. The kinematics simulation of transfer device is completed with the software ADAMS. The result shows the movement rule of the device, the time distribution and motion connection of the transfer device are reasonable. And the displacements, velocity, acceleration, force and torque of the critical component of the transfer device are obtained. It provides theoretical basis for the power source selection and static analysis.3. Use the software ANSYS Workbench to finish the static analysis of the transfer device’s key parts. So the stress and deformation condition of the transposition manipulator and the turnover mechanism are obtained, then by revising the structure to improve their static stiffness.4. Based on static analysis of the transposition manipulator and the turnover mechanism, modal analysis is implemented to get the first six order natural frequency, amplitude and the corresponding mode shapes. Then its natural frequency is increased by revising the structure of the transfer device, so that the transfer device would have a good dynamic performance and avoid the occurrence of resonance.
