Traditional aerated concrete is mainly used for non-load-bearing frame structure of filled wall with it's density level B03 ~ B08, strength grade A1.0 ~ A10.0. Structural lightweight aggregate concrete is mainly used for load-bearing structures and buildings with it's density range 1400 ~ 1900kg/m3, strength grade LC15 ~ LC60, The study on aerated conrete by adding ceramsite lightweight aggtegate aims at useing enhanced skelenton to ensure materials thermal performance and mechanical bearing capacity for buiding envelope of loading and heat insulation.In this paper, the effecs of cement, lime, gypusm, fly-ash, shale ceramsite were studied by the orthogonal experiment in the technology of non-autoclaved condintions. It concluded that the w/c ratio, cemnet and ceramsite are the mainly factors that affect the proporty of non-autoclaved aerated concrete. w/c ratio and the amount of ceramsite affcet observably the density of it, the amount of lime have some effect on it. w/c ratio and the amount of cement affect observably the 3d's and 14d's compressive strength, the amount of ceramsite has some effect.The density of ceramsite have observable effect on the density and compressive strength of non-autoclaved ceramsite aerated concrete by experiments. The curing age aiso affect compressive strength observably. The non-autoclaved ceramsite aerated concrete has faster early strength growth,and slower post strength growth.According to the testing methods of properties about autoclaved aerated and light aggregate concrete, the water absorption rate, softening coefficient, freezing resistance and thermal propertyof ceramsite aerated concrete, aerated concrete and ceramsite concrete is studied by this paper. It concluded that the addition of ceramsite improves the strength and freezing resistance. The density of non-autoclved ceramiste aerated concrete is 800~1400kg/m3, the heat conductivity is 0.20~0.23W/m·k. The property fuifils with the require of structure-insulation concrete.The result of SEM shows that the combination between ceramsite and cement is good, the main hydration products are C-S-H and AFt. On the other hand, the reserch carrys on preliminary study on the mechanism of hydyation and structure formation.In this study, non-autocalved ceramsite aerated concrete that was produced in the technology of non-autoclaved condition is beneficial explortion of development of new wall materials. It has good enviroment effect and economic effect.
