The ceramsite-reinforced concrete block is a kind of new self-insulation wall material with broad application market. But the production efficiency of domestic ceramsite reinforced concrete block production equipment is too low to meet the need of the construction industry. Ceramsite-reinforced concrete block sub-feeder is one of the important parts of the ceramsite-reinforced concrete block production line. The design and research on ceramsite-reinforced concrete block sub-feeder has great significance in improving the production efficiency and the automation of the production line.Based on the analysis of the manufacture process of ceramsite concrete block, the block sub-feeder is designed, the modeling and virtual fabrication of the sub-feeder have been completed. Based on this, the kinematics simulation, dynamic and static analysis have been done. The main contents are as follows:1、Based on the analysis of the manufacture process of ceramsite concrete block, the function of the ceramsite-reinforced concrete block sub-feeder has been analyzed, the block sub-feeder is designed and the modeling and the virtual fabrication have been completed.2、With the help of ADAMS, the virtual prototype has been established and the kinematics simulation of the sub-feeder has been completed, including the all work process. The relative displacement, velocity, acceleration and the binding of each major component have been achieved. The result proves that the motion law of the sub-feeder is correct. And it provides a theoretical basis for the motive component’s selection and the structure’s statics analysis.3、According to the working force status of the major components of the sub-feeder, the major components under the static load have been analyzed, and the stress and deformation status are obtained. And then improve the structure in accordance with the characteristics of the components, and obtain a better dynamic performance.4、Based on the result of the static analysis, combined with the finite element analysis and modal theory,the dynamic characteristics analysis of the major parts of the sub-feeder has been done. And get the previous natural frequency and mode shapes. Then improve the structure and obtain a better dynamic performance.
