| Abstract:China is still in the mid-industrialization, it’s expected that China will enter the late stage of industrialization by2020. And at that time urbanization rate will reach60%, which determines our construction especially arduous task and huge infrastructure during this period. The risk management of the project construction management must be considered. However, the project risk management still attracts weak awareness, and the risk management system is imperfect. Changsha City Investment Infrastructure Construction Project Management Company is also facing risk management as the main force of the Changsha infrastructure.Firstly, this paper presents a literature review about risk management. Then put risk management theory into practice of Infrastructure construction projects lead by Changsha City Investment Infrastructure Construction Project Management Company. This paper identified the risks faced by Changsha City Investment Infrastructure Construction Project Management Company as owners through investing and analyzing the company’s materials. These risks include project feasibility study risk, design risk, tender risk, construction risk and supervision risk. After identify the risk, this paper used the triangular fuzzy AHP method to get the weights of risk factors, and provide the direction and focus of risk management for the company. Moreover it provides recommendations on how to improve the owners risk management ability. Finally, an actual case of Changsha City Investment Infrastructure Construction Project Management Company was analyzed. |
