Industrial park development is an important measure to improve the technological progress and industrial restructuring, accelerate economic growth. In the construction process of the industrial park, it need to invest a lot of manpower and material resources to build infrastructure. Past experience has shown that, if the lack of a scientific and rational planning, it is easy to rush things through to completion of blind construction, resulting in waste of money, debt and other issues. It is essential to carry out a feasibility study. This article select Shahu industrial park construction project of water supply network as an example, try to use the theory and method of the feasibility study to judge for construction project feasibility, providing reference for similar construction projects.This article introduces the theoretical feasibility study and economic evaluation analysis, presents the research contents and methods. This article analyzes the status of the industrial park, and demonstrates the need for this item. With future planning, this article conducts an analysis of water supply and demand balance, and identifies the first phase of construction of water supply. Through comparative analysis, This article selects pipe network and distribution network design, and determine the regulatory agencies, and the progress of the arrangements. This article estimates the project investment, and clear source of funding. This article analyzes the feasibility of the project, through the use of some methods, including:liquidity analysis, profitability analysis, sensitivity analysis, breakeven analysis method, etc. The results showed that the project is feasible. Finally, the article analyzes the risks, and proposes preventive measures.
