Based on characteristic of the auxiliary inverter switching devices, the paper presents the design of IGBT and SCR drive circuit.Design the driving circuit for3.3kV voltage level IGBT. Using PSPICE simulation software builds a behavior model. The basic characteristic of the model is consistent with the manual device parameters, in line with purposes. Using the model for the buffer circuit and clamp circuit parameters design simulation, the results verify the reliability of the circuit design and optimization parameters. Design the driving circuit for1.2kV voltage level IGBT. By using integrated drive chip, set the external parameters to realize the function.SCR drive circuit is used in the case of over-voltage protection. In the design of circuit, SCR conduction conditions need to be considered. Because the system requires two over-voltage protection, design the hardware and software protect circuit. Simulation and experiment verify the reliability of the drive circuit.Build the auxiliary converter system test platform. Design chip power circuit and signal interface circuit in the control cabinet. In the drive circuit static experiments, analyze driving capability, the temperature characteristics, device reasonable selection and short circuit protection ability. In the module experiment, analyze the influence of temperature and power fluctuations. The test platform provides experimental conditions for study of drive circuit.
