In the large-capacity high-voltage switch test(such as short-circuit current opening and closing,dynamic stability,etc.),we need a set of programmable operating system to control the various high-voltage switch sub-closing operation.This paper mainly aims at the problem that the degree of automation is not high in the high voltage switch test,and the electronic equipment is susceptible to the strong electromagnetic environment.A practical program control system is developed to improve the stability level of the large capacity test.The system consists of computer operating software(host computer),program controller hardware circuit(lower computer hardware)and single-chip program(lower computer software).Program controller system interface based on the new LabVIEW software platform design,which has a more stable operation and the use of convenient features than traditional WINDOWS application development platform.The software program contains configuration file save and load module,operation data acquisition module and other program modules,each module is composed of the basic control of LabVIEW software,the total program and the combination of the modules.Accidental error module and communication error identification module are connected to each module.The program runs to any module in the event of an accidentcan be fed back to which module is a problem.Hardware circuit designed by the microcontroller and its peripheral circuit,the output signal isolation and amplification circuit and IGBT drive circuit.The circuit signal wiring did anti-interference considerations;IGBT drive circuit to consider the transient over-voltage protection.The UART communication protocol uses variable baud rates and parity bits to ensure reliable communication.High voltage switch group and disconnector group opening and closing frequently,making the test station lines and space be high-intensity broadband electromagnetic interference,the electromagnetic environment is very bad.This paper introduces the program-controlled operating system successfully through the electrical fast transient pulse group immunity,surge resistance Disturbance,oscillation wave immunity and other electromagnetic compatibility test,and in the actual test station under the harsh electromagnetic environment stable operation.The program-controlled operating system designed in this paper has been running for more than two years in Shanghai Electric Transmission and Distribution Test Center,and has stable performance and proved that the program-controlled operating system has high practical value.
