In recent years, Chinese are seeking to develop and study vigorously on how to put the computer into the information management of the industries due to the rapid development of computer electronics technology. In the automotive repair industry, there are many experts and researchers are studying computer applications vigorously on the automotive industry management. Some transport enterprises, especially large and medium transport enterprises, already have theirs own car repair workshop and the corresponding auto parts library, in order to meet theirs development, facilitate management, cost savings. In order to be able to manage business better, some transportation companies of more advanced management are trying to use the auto repair and parts management information system.The paper take the Lan Zhou coach bus Co., Ltd. as the background, which is based on research about auto maintenance management, spare parts management, inventory control, and related financial management work of transport enterprise, analysis the organizational structure, business processes, data flow, etc. of the transport enterprise firstly; designs the concept structural, the logical organization and the physics structural of database in turn; and then designs the system’s overall structure and the structure of the various subsystems according to the functional requirements analysis and the overall objective of system design. Finally, this paper uses Visual C#programming language and the technical plan of IIS+ASP+SQL-Server with Web server to empolder the transportation enterprise auto repair and parts management information system (ARAP-MIS).This system is a set of coordinating with multiple function modules play a role in auto repair and parts management information system, which can makes all vehicle maintenance business operation coordinated, makes the spare parts management of procurement, warehousing, get materials etc. more conveniently, gives facilities for information communicate and work coordinated of related departments, and enhance the transparency and convenience of work. The system is also combines the inventory control theory, use the Quantitative Order Act to manage the auto parts library, which can control inventory reasonably, improve enterprise work efficiency, reduce business operating costs. |
