Multi-functional highway maintenance vehicle is a kind of power platform that can realize a variety of maintenance functions and use a multi-purpose highway.The large increase of road mileage will inevitably bring about large-scale maintenance workload,and the increase of maintenance work will inevitably require a large increase in maintenance equipment.The paper conforms to the needs of the national situation,relies on the support of major scientific and technological projects in Xinxiang City,and develops a multi-functional highway maintenance vehicle.The aim is to increase the utilization of maintenance vehicles,reduce the financial pressure on maintenance units to acquire equipment and meet the growing demand for road maintenance.According to the actual situation of highway maintenance in our country,we first start with the concept of modular design,and put forward the idea of the overall design of multifunctional highway maintenance vehicle.Then,through the actual road condition research,the vehicle technical scheme,module function and parameters are analyzed,and the overall design scheme is confirmed,including the overall structure of the car,the key technical parameters.The paper selects the key components of the vehicle,the vehicle shaft load is checked,and the key design is the fast-changing job platform.Hydraulic system is an important part of multi-functional highway maintenance vehicle,the main operating module power is provided by the system.The paper determines the power of the hydraulic system,hydraulic pump displacement and speed,as well as the hydraulic tank volume and other parameters,through the front,middle and rear hydraulic interface,can be very convenient for different operating equipment to provide power.At the same time,the hardware and software design and commissioning of the multi-functional highway maintenance vehicle control system are carried out.The key job module-pit repair module was designed in detail,the working principle and process of the module were determined,and the parameters such as reasonable warehouse capacity,mixer speed and production capacity of a variety of road materials were adapted,a single-axis mixing device was designed,and the pit repair module was studied experimentally.The experimental results show that the multi-functional highway maintenance vehicle has reached the design goal,and each performance index can meet the requirements of use.
