Although the construction industry has improved continuously the general amount of complex construction and constantly refreshes the world record, the quality of construction is still frequently appear. Impact on people’s lives and property, also impact on significant economic and social stability. Therefore, based on the quality of construction enterprises survive guarantee that only the construction quality, in order to ensure sustainable development of enterprises.In this thesis, high-speed residential garden project as an example, through the practical problems arising in the construction of research and analysis, the establishment of appropriate quality assurance system engineering, the construction project quality management.From the various factors impact on the quality of construction research and analysis on the entire construction process from the local to the overall construction management. Through lessons learned to improve all aspects of the enterprise integrated construction quality level, building on similar projects in the future serve as a guide. The research topics in the domestic construction industry has been studied, but the actual situation is different for each construction enterprises, each project has its own characteristics, the paper quality management by way of example to study the formation of a scientific system to adapt to the enterprise management system is important for the business itself.
