Reforming and opening up comes more than30years, with the rapid the development ofChinese economy and urbanization process, the construction of our urban road has made greatachievements. At the same time, along with living standard enhancement, people have higherdemands for spiritual life. They need good urban ecological environment, good living conditions,traveling convenience and so on, and these all have become people’s constant pursuit for a newlife. This makes us to put forward higher requirements for the planning and design of urban road.The traditional design idea already can not adapt to today’s social needs. We need to innovatecontinuously on the basis of original theory and design method, to advance along sustainabledevelopment, so that we can show more humanized idea and method in planning and design ofurban road.At first, this thesis analyses the current development statue, characteristics and existenceproblems of urban road in China, and expatiated the importance of design stage in constructionof urban road. Based on this, it researches general procedure of city road engineering design andbasis and specification used in design. According to the factors and segments of urban roadengineering design, Fuzz Comprehensive Evaluation, which is theoretical foundation with fuzzymathematics theory can combine with entropy method, which is based on entropy method. Andthen, it evaluates the design scheme of new urban road engineering comprehensively. In thisanalyses, the research on the design scheme evaluation for the new city road engineering is basedon the evaluation index system of design which is used in the establishment of mathematicmodel. Through these, we can get the optimal solution by mathematic method. Finally, we canprove the evaluation model and method of new urban road engineering design scheme by using apractical engineering case, and then make comparison, analysis and evaluation to more proposalsof design from the area of technology, economic and environment benefit, to make an optimalselection to design scheme and provide reasonable technical support for decisions of designscheme. Meanwhile, it also proves the scientific rationality of this evaluation index system in theprocess of assessment to the design scheme of designing new urban road engineering, as well asillustrates that this evaluation system satisfies actual decision guidance and demand.
