Abstract/Summary:
Study and application of measurement data registration is a practical technology to the hullconstruction precision monitor,actual manufacturing errors of hull block as evaluate parametersof construction precision and provide quantitative data basis for the verification of blocks. Thetraditional hull detection is direct measurement used in shipyards, the method of measurementand accuracy of measurement data have already can not meet the requirements of modernmanufacturing technology. The three-dimensional surface measurement data was detection by atotal station in hull block is the method adopted by most ship enterprises at home andabroad,which can improve measurement accuracy, the measurement data and design data are notin the same coordinate which can not directly to accuracy evaluation of construction errors, dueto the station-moving measurement and the attitude of hull block construction by buildinglimitation,use of utility method to registration calculation lead to perfect matching by translatingand rotating the measured points, the actual geometric parameters of hull block and evaluteconstruction precision are feedback to production so as to dressing.Actually, leading the hullsections with non-allowance on the berth.Selecting a certain types of bulk carriers as the research object, with coordinatetransformation theory on on-site collected three-dimensional sample data and process modelwhich algorithm method of rough matching and precise matching to resolve the ship constructionof problem of errors correction due to cutting, closure, assembly, welding,etc. Leading the hullsections with the development of the non-allowance construction. This thesis mainly developedto study include:(1)Analysis and processing of measurement data. In order to get the actual constructionerrors of hull block realistic model. According to the characteristics of measurement data andcoordinate transformation theory, based on bounding box method and distance constraint methodbetween points for the outlier elimination.(2)Study and application of registration technology. Measurement data registrationalgorithm for hopper of hull block. Initial transformation of measured data by four spotalgorithm in order to switch measuring coordinate to design coordinate system. Rough matchingthat adopts the unit quaternion algorithm can narrow dislocation between the transformed blockmeasurement data and the process model. Minimization of objective function value on processmodel were derived by ICP algorithm,simulation construction errors of hull block. The distrubution probability of deviation along the axis that confidence interval in the5,5is86.79%75.47%43.40%,show that has position deviation in the Z axis,conform topractical situations on site.Coefficient of variation of registration error compared to coefficient ofvariation of total station transformation error that show centralized distribution and stability ofregistration error.(3) Validation of measurement data registration technique. As a calculate example of thesame ship engine room to examine registration algorithm, registration error conform to practicalsituations on site which verify the feasibility of the algorithm used in accuracy control of hulls.Coefficient of variation of registration error is11.635412.227612.9058compared tocoefficient of variation of total station transformation error is2.54064.546921.5150thatshow centralized distribution and stability registration error along X axis and Z axis.(4)Visual design for errors. Direct observation on actual manufacturing errors of hull blockand feature point coordinates by graphic method on process model. Output reliable constructionprecision evaluation report, guide ship-repairing.
