This paper analysis the relevant materials of the overhead working truck, the systemdesign for the special chassis of overhead working truck, including selection of chassis parts,chassis steering system calculation, and the relevant selection of electric control system, andanalyzed the difficulties by using simulation software. In this paper, the main content is asfollows:1: On the basis of data collection and sort, understand the all parts of mobile aerialworking platform of straight arm, according to the present data,finish the design of the overallscheme of the mobile aerial working platform of straight arm.2: I design the hydraulic system of vehicle chassis, including of the kinematics,dynamics analysis of walking steering system, the selection of hydraulic components andchecking.3: I made a summary of the related signals, then selected the suitable hardware tomonitor effective signals, such as operation panel, sensors, display module, etc.4: Analysis for synchronous problem: using the Matlab/Simulink simulation for thediverter valve. For synchronization issues, add shunt device in the system, and use thesimulation software to build the model and simulate, and analysis, get the output waveform.
