China’s building construction industry, especially decorative curtain wall installationindustry has become an important branch of the construction sector. Currently, buildingdecoration industry commonly used in aerial working platform (common basket) is lowefficiency and poor security. Based on the huge demand and exposed flaws, it is intended to bebuilding curtain wall construction and installation as the starting point, in order to improve thelevel of aerial curtain wall automatic installation of security, the idea of using a robot operatingsystem and aerial platforms, research and development to adapt to the working environment oflarge complex man-machine collaboration plate installation construction equipment, hasimportant social significance and practical value.Through on-site visit, on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of traditionalmainstream building walls process, analyze shortcomings and identify the main problemsexisting installation process and plate altitude installation process deficiencies to develop asuitable plate installation process aerial platform system processes and supporting technology.In understanding the robot trajectory planning, infrastructure and other operating roompersonnel and size of the building walls, according to the basic principles of lightweight designideas, through the functionality of the system analysis to establish the functional decomposition,and thus deduce the original understanding of the system function, and accordingly determinemodular system solutions and system configuration.
