The aerial working platform is a kind of advanced and special aloft working machinery. The working platform's stability relates directly to aloft working personnel safety. Because of the aerial working platform's special working condition, it requires high standards of safety and stability performance. The aerial working platform's high security and stability is an important index to evaluate its work performance. Previous working platform's movement has some problems such as fluctuant telescopic speed and uneven tangential velocity. In view of the above problems is optimized, which can increase security, stability and comfort of the aerial working platform.The 27 meters self-propelled and straight-arm type aerial working platform is taken as the study object in this paper. Put forward the improvement plan from the problems such as fluctuant telescopic speed and uneven tangential velocity. Through optimize the aerial working platform's hydraulic system to achieve the optimization of working platform's movement. The optimization scheme mainly includes the hydraulic loop optimization of the working arm's telescopic action and luffing action.First, in-depth analyses the aerial working platform's work condition and hydraulic systems, calculation telescopic and luffing device related parameters of hydraulic loop. Secondly, put forward the optimization scheme of telescopic hydraulic circuits and luffing hydraulic circuits. And calculate the corresponding parameters, then get control of components of the control current changes curve. Finally, optimization scheme is modeled and simulated by using AMESim hydraulic simulation software to checkout the optimization scheme. Simulation results show that optimization scheme basic reach the expected purpose. Optimization scheme make the aerial working platform's telescopic action and luffing action more stable than before, improve the working platform action more steadiness and safety.
