| Pit slot, cracks and other early disease occurred in the using process of asphalt pavement,seriously affect the service life of road and traffic safety. Many pavement diseases can‘t gettimely repaired because of hot mix asphalt influenced by climatic conditions. Epoxyemulsified asphalt mixture can be storage bags, used with the check, and can be constructedunder the condition of wet and low temperature, affected little by climate, so the pavementdiseases can be repaired timely.At first, this paper analyzed the mechanism of epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt,and studied the effect of epoxy resin and curing agent dosage on the properties of the epoxyemulsion asphalt. Studies showed that the epoxy emulsified asphalt with a strong adhesiveforce, excellent high temperature performance, high compressive strength and resistance todeformation ability.Based on the analysis of strength formation mechanism of epoxy emulsified asphaltmixture, and combining the actual situation, proposed the design method of epoxy emulsifiedasphalt cold patch mixture, and evaluated the road performance of epoxy emulsified asphalt,based on the existing evaluation system. Studies showed that the epoxy emulsified asphaltcold patch mixture with good workability, excellent high temperature stability and waterstability, and its low-temperature stability can be achieved ordinary hot asphalt mixturerequirement.Based on the research of epoxy emulsified asphalt bagged mixture, analyzed the impactof mixing water and storage time on the properties of bagged mixture, put forward designimprovement measures of bagged mixture. The study suggested that water consumptiongreatly influenced the performance of bagged mixture, and water and asphalt amount shouldbe increased for storing.Finally, this paper studied the construction process of epoxy emulsified asphalt mixturerepair the pit. Studies suggest that the epoxy emulsified asphalt mixture could meet the repairrequirements, the repair process of its is simple and feasible. |
