Research On Polymer Cement Fireproof Coiled Material

At present, China’s external walls of organic insulation materials generally flammable,there are security risks, once ignited, the fire spread quickly, less time fire-fighting, andserious economic losses. Therefore, improving the external walls of flame retardant propertiesof the organic material, is important to reduce the risk of fire and reduce economic losses. Inthis paper, starting from this issue, we use polymer modified cement mortar, while adding acertain amount of fire retardants, additives, then brush them on the outer surface of thenonwoven fabric to made the polymer cement fireproof coiled material. The polymer cementfireproof coiled material added an organic insulation material in the wall surface, to improvethe flame retardancy. Polymer modified cement foundation to try its used in fire retardantmaterials. Broaden the range of applications of polymer modified materials in engineering.In this paper, polymer as the main factor, to study the performance of the cementfireproof coiled material. The study mainly include: Effects of different types of polymeremulsion on the performance of cement fireproof material, effects of different kinds of flameretardant on properties of cement fireproof coiled material, effect of different types of cementon the performance of fire retardant material,and effect of different proportions of mixture onthe performance of cement fireproof coiled material.The results of the study show that：Polymer emulsion plays an important role in theperformance of the cement fireproof coiled material. Aluminum hydroxide is better thanmagnesium hydroxide for the performance of cement fireproof coiled material. Portlandcement is better than aluminate cement for the performance of cement fireproof coiledmaterial. Through orthogonal test,we find the best proportions of mixture of cement fireproofcoiled material.
