The Research Of Exterior Insulation Fireproof Construction Techniques In The Cold Regions

System of exterior insulation has many advantages,such as good effect of saving heat and energy,and avoid the heat bridge effectively,system of exterior insulation has been widely used in buildings' thermal and heat insulation in cold areas of China.The thermal insulation material is almost occupied one third of the wall because of the characteristics of climate and energy saving requirement.However,a large amount of combustible,flammable insulation material is arranged at the external side of the wall,and never have any effective fireproof structure,all these lead the fire performance poorly,have hidden trouble of fire.Although we promulgated therelevant fire fighting file exterior insulation system and specification from national to local successively,but we don't have specific practice of fireproof construction,there still exist shortcomings in the application.In this paper,firstly,on the basis of status about the external thermal insulation system of China and abroad,combine with the analysis of typical cases discovered fire,thin plastering system,cavity structure and large amount of combustible or flammable organic externalthermal insulation material is the direct factor of fire,but the main cause of the spread of fire is invalid fire structural measures.Secondly,through the application analysis of situation of external thermal insulation system of cold area,we analysis three kind of situations and risk factors of in the using process,this paper put forward that existing problems about the choice of materials is not qualified,mode of construction is not reasonable and construction problems,and puts forward the corresponding measures to solve these problems,at the same time,strengthen the increase of the fire insulation performance of the whole system is the key to solve the problem of external thermal insulation fireproof.In the fourth chapter,the related external thermal insulation fireproof documents and specifications as the theoretical basis,commonly used external thermal insulation system of project as a design reference,we summed up the structure measures of "fire protection layer,fireproof isolation belt,no cavity structure and fire compartment",according to the different types of insulation material,we design and discussion of the corresponding structure sample.Finally,this paper through the structural design,material selection,construction technology,project quality approval process and the model of fire simulated experiment,to illustrate and verify the combination construction of fire protection layer and the isolation belt.To provide a reference for design,construction and energy saving renovation practice in engineering construction.
