Research On Material Selection And Construction Technology Application Of Exterior Insulation System

In the background of China’s promotion of building energy efficiency,all the buildings are required to achieve the corresponding energy saving standards,external wall insulation is one of the commonly used building energy saving measures.Construction technology and fire protection status from the existing exterior insulation system,how to choose the external wall thermal insulation materials and the application of reasonable technical measures and fire prevention measures,improve the safety of building exterior insulation system,is currently a major subject.The external wall thermal insulation system is dominated by organic material thermal insulation system,organic material thermal insulation system in the developed countries because of poor fire performance,and the scope of application is restricted,But because of the late development of external thermal insulation technology of external thermal insulation material,the choice is limited,due to the lack of emphasis on fire prevention insulation design,construction and completion of construction in the wall,in case a fire alarming by combustible exterior wall thermal insulation material,so the safety of fire research be imperative under the premise,material selection and construction of system the technology of external wall exterior insulation.In this paper,introduced the present situation of the development of exterior wall thermal insulation technology at home and abroad,points out the present existing in the external insulation selection and construction management aspects of the material problem.On the external wall external thermal insulation system of policies and regulations to carry on the analysis,a clear according to different building types,with different insulation materials,fire rating in personnel intensive places and non personnel intensive places,when using a non combustible insulation materials,must increase the fire construction measures.Research on the external wall insulation materials,consisting of outer wall external thermal insulation system is introduced in the paper,the composition,performance,advantages and disadvantages of various organic materials and inorganic insulation materials were analyzed,and points out that theselection should take into account the facade of the fireproof and insulation material of externalwall thermal insulation of exterior wall external insulation materials,put forward to the selectionof external wall structure types,in accordance with the construction of thermal heat and moisturetransfer mechanism,considering the construction process,in order to obtain the best quality ofthe construction and thermal insulation effect.The principle of value engineering application inselection of materials,through the case analysis,to prove its feasibility,provides a scientific and effective method for the exterior insulation material selectionThe external wall thermal insulation construction method are introduced,focusing on the extruded sheet wall is widely used in engineering for external thermal insulation system,wall cracks,prone to external wall thermal insulation in cold bridge phenomenon,fire safety problems,this can be improved through structural design,strict control of material quality,specification of insulation construction solution.The thermal insulation material selection,the application of fireproof structure,the construction site management,to improve the quality and safety of external wall thermal insulation system.This article presents the application of PDCA management mode in construction quality control measures,put forward to ensure the quality of new thermal insulation for external improvement.In the new campus of China Medical University,the exterior wall insulation engineering as an example,the application research in material selection and construction management.Through the application of the value engineering principle,determine the exterior insulation materials;through the implementation of PDCA quality of construction process control,quality problems found in engineering and continuous improvement,and achieved good results.
