The electromagnetic interference(EMI) of automotive electronic controller becomes one bigger obstacle for meeting the EMC standard, because there are more electronic devices applied in vehicle than before, meanwhile the speed of signals has accelerated. This subject focused on analysis and suppression of electromagnetic interference of electric control unit(ECU), the main research contents are following:① This paper analyzed the mechanism of the conducted EMI of power delivery network. A suppression method based on target impedance approach and particle swarm optimization was applied to design the decoupling circuits.② A 4-layer high-speed board with the decoupling network was made. The simulation of power delivery network predicted the conducted EMI, and was compared with the experimental results. The validity and feasibility of the decoupling network which could suppress conducted EMI of PDN in this paper was verified by combining experiment and simulation.③ Conducted EMI caused by signal reflection and crosstalk was analyzed based on ECU model in Hyperlynx. In addition, some proper termination was used to suppress the interference.④ The ECU model established in Ansys SIwave was used to simulate the 3D electromagnetic field distribution, which can help to determine the position of the ECU’s PCB. |
