| With the refrigeration equipment industry flourishing and production increasing,the performance evaluation of refrigeration equipment plays a more and more importantrole in regulating market, ensuring fairness and promoting energy conservation. In thispaper the seasonal performance evaluation of refrigeration equipment used forair-conditioning is taken as research object. The principles and elements of seasonalperformance evaluation are studied, and the achievements are applied to analyze severaltypes of refrigeration products. Some shortcomings of current evaluation methods ofpopular refrigeration products are pointed out, and scientific and rational solutions areput forward. Furthermore, a seasonal performance evaluation system is built to evaluatea new type of product. These studies have a guiding significance for the revise of theexisting product standards and the establishment of new standards.The performance indexes should follow the principle of justice, rationality, andreality-reflection, and the test methods should follow the principle of easy operation,fewer test conditions and consistency of results. Three elements in the seasonalperformance evaluation are studied. The rationality of the building load linear model isverified, and statistical methods of air-conditioning time-outdoor temperature areconfirmed. Besides, research methods of distinguish accurate performance models areput forward.The all-condition cooling or heating performance of8sets of VRF system isobtained through testing. Based on the testing results and applying the building loadmodel and running time distribution model, the actual seasonal performance is analyzed.All types of seasonal cooling and heating performance index are applied to evaluatethese units, and the results are contrasted with the actual seasonal performance toanalyze the accuracy of these indexes. It is shown that the APF evaluation system inISO standard reflect the actual performance well. Referring to APF evaluation system,and combining the building load character and meteorological data in China, a newseasonal performance evaluating system for VRF is established.Some disputs exist on the chiller seasonal performance index IPLV. Therefore, Anew index-seasonal part load value(SPLV) is put forward for evaluating chillers, and itcan better reflect the true seasonal operation performance. And it is proved that for the same unit SPLV is always less than or equal to IPLV. The control feature of chiller plantwith multiple chillers is analyzed, and based on the evaluating idea of SPLV, a methodfor calculating the seasonal part load value SPLV(N) of multi-chiller plant is putforward. Additionally the test conditions and formula are presented.Based on the performance characteristics and application occasions of integratedair conditioner with thermosyphon, the models of three elements for evaluating itsperformance are built, and the APF evaluating system for this kind of unit is established.Applying the evaluating system, the seasonal performance in5different cities of anintegrated unit is researched. The results show that the evaluating system can wellreflect the performance of integrated air-conditioner. |
