| As an important equipment of modern traffic and transportation,automobile has become an indispensable tool in people’s life.The number of automobiles is increasing,with the improvement of technology and standards.The proportion of automobile energy consumption is also increasing.Due to the limitation of engine efficiency,a large amount of energy from the combustion of fuel is released into the atmosphere by heat.In order to save the energy and protect the environment,the waste heat from the combustion of automobile fuel can be used as the heat source to drive the ejector refrigeration air conditioning system.At the same time,due to the instability of automobile waste heat,a phase change energy storage device is designed in the refrigeration system,which is used to store and release excess cooling capacity to ensure the comfort of the indoor environment.Ejector is the main part of the ejector refrigeration system.Establish mathematical model of the ejector based on the thermodynamic and kinetic theory.Analysis the influence of the working fluid pressure,the injection fluid pressure and the outlet mixed fluid pressure of on the injector performance by simulation.By changing the operating conditions of the injector to improve the injection coefficient.The other main components of the ejector refrigeration system are evaporator,condenser and throttling device.Micro channel heat exchanger is used both in evaporator and condenser.Establish mathematical model of evaporator and condenser according to the heat transfer law of the air side and refrigerant side of the micro channel heat exchanger.The ambient temperature of evaporator and condenser air side is different,and the effect of condensation on heat transfer efficiency of evaporator should be considered.Use capillary as throttle device and establish mathematical model of capillary according to the heat transfer and flow characteristics of refrigerant in capillary tube.Coupling the mathematical models of each components of the ejector refrigeration system together and analysis the energy transfer and conversion characteristics of the system under multi working conditions,and study the influence of different parameters on the performance of refrigeration system.The performance of ejector refrigeration system will be improved by increasing indoor temperature and outdoor temperature.When the occurrence temperature is under 86℃,the operating efficiency of the ejector refrigeration system is the best.The ejector refrigeration system has the best performance when the injector nozzle throat area is compared to the cylinder area of the mixing section by 3:15.Design phase change cool storage device,and build experiment platform of phase change cool storage system.Study the characteristics of cool storage and cool releasing characteristics through the experimental data collection and analysis.Study on the applicability of phase change cool storage device in automobile air conditioning system. |
