Research On Technical And Economic Analysis And Promotion Mechanism Of Housing Industrialization

At present, the common residential structure system is cast-in-site concretestructure，the construction industry is still rough traditional mode of production, laborproductivity is very low, housing science and technology contribution rate is low, itwaste of resources, brought a huge burden to the environment. Therefore, we urgentlydemand new residential construction mode, change the extensive, traditional highpollution, high energy consumption, low content of science and technology in theresidential construction mode.According to the successful experience of housing construction abroad, mostdeveloped countries have adopted the industrialization mode, residential constructionembarked on the road of industrialization, low pollution, low energy consumption, lowcost, has obtained the huge achievement. After our country’s announce in1994, hasbeen recognized by all walks of life, but development of achievement was slow. Thedevelopment of housing industrialization in China still rely on government forces inthe forced implementation, although some enterprises are also actively involved in, butnot the formation of scale, so did not achieve the desired effect.This paper analyzes the development of industrialization of residential domestic,summarizes the main factors of restricting the industrialization of residentialdevelopment, and then analyzes the feasibility and economic rationality of theindustrialization of residential technology concerned by people, overall design byusing the method of evolutionary game theory promotion mechanism of theindustrialization of residential, at the end of the paper,it gaves the concrete suggestion.The conclusions of this research to promote the industrialization of China’s domestic has the important theory significance and the reference value, it is conduciveto the residential construction to embark on the road to industrialization quickly, buildthe short period, low cost, high quality, low energy consumption of residential.
