Application Of BIM Technology In Housing Industrialization

With the implementation of the new urbanization in China,"The Belt and Road" strategy gradually advancing,construction industry has also ushered in a new era of transformation and change.Construction industrialization is the driving force for the development of China's construction industry.It has become an important strategy of China's construction industry during the "13th Five-Year".In 2016,the State Council issued the "opinions on Further Strengthening the management of urban planning and construction",which puts forward to vigorously promote the assembly building.Assembly building means that components are produced in the factory.Then the components are transported to the construction site and assembled.It can effectively solve the problems in traditional construction,such as large construction resources consumption,slow construction speed,high labor cost,project quality and safety cannot be guaranteed.Housing industrialization is a very good application of the construction industrialization.It has become a leading force in residential building development.Building Information Modeling(BIM)is a new concept,technology and method.It has been widely concerned,and is gradually deepening the impact on the construction industry.BIM technology has brought a revolution in information technology for the construction industry.It will have a great influence on the design,construction,sales,property management and other links.It takes the construction industry to the information superhighway.In order to solve the problem of slow development of housing industrialization under the new situation,especially the slow development of assembled steel structure housing.In this dissertation,the BIM technology is introduced,to explore the application of BIM technology in the housing industry,and provide a new idea for housing industrialization in our country.The main work of this dissertation is as follows:(1)The housing industrialization and BIM technology are described.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and advantages of the housing industrialization and BIM technology,the feasibility of the application of BIM technology in the housing industrialization is studied.(2)Based on the characteristics of housing industrialization,in this dissertation,the application of BIM technology in the pre planning,design stage,deepening design,component production,construction and operation management has been discussed.The application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of the housing industrialization has been studied.(3)In this dissertation,a fabricated steel housing has been taken as an example.The application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of is introduced in detail.The results show that BIM technology can provide technical support and management support for the whole life cycle of the assembly building.The application of BIM technology in the housing industry can provide a new way for the development of housing industrialization,and promote the development of housing industrialization to achieve a new breakthrough.
