Carrier rocket-a kind of aerospace transport,sends valid loadings into space according tothe speed and direction fixed in advance.The carrier rocket technology which is a veryimportant part of space technology is based on guidance technology.The carrier rockettechnology has made rapid progress,but still falls behind the international advanced level inthree aspects such as low carrying capacity, high cost and serious pollution to theenvironment.Otherwise,now our country is carrying out many tasks such as Beidounavigation system,high resolution observation system,new generation communication andatmosphere satellite, manned space flight,moon and deep space exploration.They all needour Carrier rocket Update urgently.The research subject of this paper comes from a software project of new generationcarrier rocket’s stage-rotation controller.It expects to develop a high reliability stage-rotationcontroller based on the traditional carrier rocket technology.By adjusting the flux of secondengine,the software controls the stage-rotation controller to complete the stage-rotation,which can improve the carrying capacity step by step based on existing technology.Thispaper mainly introduces how to design and realize the software of stage-rotation controller.Itis an important embedded software in carrier rocket control system.According to the flyingrequirement of rocket,it changes the rocket engine to complete the stage-rotation by adjustingthe flux of second engine.In this paper,research and innovate are as follow:1. Combined with the MIL-STD-1553B data bus communication technology and software online download technique neatly.Now MIL-STD-1553B data bus is widely used inthe products of satellite,carrier rocket,missile,airship and aerobat.In order to meet therequirement of new carrier rocket design,testing and maintain on the ground,we useMIL-STD-1553B data bus to download software into FLASH of DSP.This method is a newpractice for innovative technology based on common practice.Compared with traditionalway,it needn’t open the product or change the status.So it can enhance reliability andmaintainability by reducing unexpected risk.2.Asynchronous step motor control technique with variable frequency.This method usesvariable cycle timer to output pumping signal in two phases and eight steps.Compared withtraditional PWM module outputting pumping signal in three phases and six steps,it can bemore accurate and stable.The moment and cycle value can meet the design requirement underdifferent frequency.It can drive asynchronous step motor work steady.Furthermore,using GJB5000A system as the basis of software project management is agreat characteristic.Compared with traditional way,it pays more attention to the early projectplan,software requirement tracking of both sides and risk management and tracking.As aresult,it can increase productivity and enhance quality of the software product during thewhole life cycle.And it also can show all stakeholders that project is under control.How to combine these technologies and methods to provide a design solution for thesoftware of stage-rotation controller is discussed in this paper.It provides a feasible designsolution and also describes the realization detail of some important functions.As an importantembedded software in carrier rocket control system,52unit tests,25assembling tests,36verification tests and many environment and system tests have been designed andexecuted.By means of these tests,the architecture of this software is reasonable.It achievesall function correctly,and the performance is well.It has high reliability and maintainabilityand can be take example by the projects of similar requirement....
