| This paper is based on a data collecting project of moving and static test-bed about helicopter airscrew, the total oral distance system is the subsystem of the project, and the paper reserched and developed our country's most advanced moving and static test-bed about helicopter airscrew. The total oral distance system is position servo control system which includes electric, automation technology.This paper is composed of four parts.The first one mainly introduced engineering calculate method of load and selected the all electric implements. They are in charge of the motor four rotation states, and the sensor is in charge of testing the position of helicopter airscrew and display by computer. The second one designed the controller of the motor based on low-voltage electric implement and analyzed the all system. Then, drew the principle and mechanism papers. The third one analyzed the motor vector-control theory in order to analyze motor moving characteristic better. The last one established the motor maths model, and the motor's moving and static state was simulated by computer. Then designed the controller of motor simulation model based on low-voltage electric implement, at last simulated the total system. |
