A certain type of missile is currently the mainly equiped missile, this missile is animportant part of China’s national defense forces. With the development of technology.The missile’s ground system needs to meet higher demandings and more complexrequirements. Therefore, develop a new generation ground test launch control system isan important meaning for improving the missile operational effectivenes. The purpose ofthis thesis is to develop ground checkout launch control system for the subsequent of thecertain type of missile. The system needs to finish the equivalent testing and actualmissile testing. To check each device one by one, to judge the state of the missile beforemissile lauching. After finish the testing, then control the missile for launching.Firstly, introduced the ground launch control system requirements. In the analysis ofthe software and hardware requirements. Put forward the general scheme of the system.The system According to the general scheme analysis each device in the system. Thewhole system is divided into two part, testing unit and lanuch controling unit. The designof the testing unit is introduced in detail in the thesis. Choosing the PXI automatic testsystem as the core structure of the testing unit. By purchasing some of the PXI boardsand developed some PXI boards to build up the testing unit and to meet the system’shardware requirements. By using of outsourcing and self-development board to composethe testing and the equivalent testing system. The self-test and test chassis using the samedesign, so that the chassis has both self-test function and equivalent function.Described design of the measurement modules, the equivalent module and theleakage monitoring module for testing unit. The measurement module as a core part ofthe testing system, communicate with other devices on the missile, finish the testing taskcooperated with other devices. Equivalent module as the core part of equivalent system,simulated missile input and output interfaces, and coordination with other modules tocomplete missile equivalent testing, for daily training of the troops. Leakage monitoringmodules as a power state monitor during the testing process. Using the bridge circuit tomeasure the resistance between the power supply lines and the system enclosure. Theleakage monitoring modules can improve system stability. Developed computer softwareby using LabWindows/CVI software platform for testing and self-testing chasiss. Withthe independence of the testing process and test software, realize the interfaceindepedence of software and the hardware. Under the control of the software, the devices complete the equivalent, and actual missile testing. The software meets versatility,scalability and portability needs.After finishing the individual test of each device. Then finished the joint systemexperiments. System functional testing and process testing results show that the groundcheckout launch control can complent the equivalent testing and actual missile testingprecisely and reliably. Meet the system design requirements.
