The gas supply test mission in the space rocket launch system is a test mission with high scientific and technological content,high input cost,and high risk.The gas supply system can be used as an important foundation and component of the space rocket launch site and ground gas supply equipment.Good stability,reliability and safety during the test are important guarantees to ensure the smooth test.The ground gas supply system has complex process equipment,high gas source quality requirements,long-term continuous operation,high safety and reliability requirements,and difficult emergency treatment.The new engine requires high cleanliness of the gas and liquid pipelines,and must strictly control the excess and control the cleanliness.Focusing on the support model and characteristics of the ground high-pressure gas supply system of the launch vehicle launch site,in-depth analysis of research progress and application of equipment risk detection technology at home and abroad,and analysis of key equipment filters.The gas supply system is an important component of the ground equipment of the launch site.Its good stability and reliability are important guarantees to ensure the success of the test mission.The solid impurities particles such as dust in the pipeline will wear away the compressor,pipeline and instrument with the movement of the airflow,causing damage and destruction,and affecting the normal operation of gas transmission.Therefore,filters must be installed in the pipelines of the equipment(such as pumps,compressors,etc.)to strictly control the excess(solid impurities)and ensure the cleanliness of the gas to ensure that the equipment can run healthily.This paper comprehensively analyzes the structure and principle of typical filters of high-pressure gas supply systems at home and abroad.Using the non-dimensional π theory mathematical method and ANSYS analysis software,the strength of the filter screen used in the gas supply system at the 16 th station of the launch site and the strength of the filter are analyzed.The internal and external pressure difference of the grid failure is simulated and calculated,and the reference for the filter selection and mission guarantee of the launch site filter is given.The filter’s outlet mass flow rate,inlet and outlet pressure difference,and strain and strain of the filter on the flow of the fluid are obtained.The obtained law can play a guiding role in future actual projects,so that it can continue to perform filtering operations efficiently.The study of this topic is of great significance for improving the safety and reliability of the ground gas supply system at the launch site,increasing the availability of key equipment of the gas supply system,and enhancing the ability to conduct test missions,comprehensively improving the comprehensive support capability of the launch site,and ensuring the success of the test mission.
