The flexible linkage vibrating conveyor is an important transportation equipment inpipe tobacco production line which is imported from Italy and widely used in lightindustry for example mechanical processing,cigarette manufacturing, food transportationetc. At present, when the vibrating conveyer want to localization of production, becauseof the parameters is not appropriate, the problem of the rack swing out of gauge, frequentchanges of the quick-wear part,loud noise and small lifespan etc is occurrence frequently.Therefore the researches of dynamics simulation analysis and the multi-parameteroptimization design for vibrating conveyer possesses both theoretical and realisticsignificance.The mainly research purposes is to solve the problem appeared in the practicalproduction of vibrating conveyer, the simulation analysis was carried out on the rack andthe whole machine by the finite element method and virtual prototype technology, thestructure’ parameters of rack and vibration parameter of the whole machine is alsooptimal design, these research work will provide reference for the mechanicalreformation.The vibrating conveyer’s mechanics parameters mode is established, and thematerial’s conveying process is analysis and calculation. And then the formula of excitingforce, the material’s running state, average speed and conveying productivity is deducedfrom mechanical principle.Using ANSYS and Adams’ collaborative simulation technology to establishrigid-flex coupling model of the vibrating conveyer, therefore the rack and the workpart’s displacement velocity and acceleration is being received, exciting force and theload spectrum information of rack is also being deduced. Take advantage of dynamicssimulation for rack, the situation of stress and strain can be obtained.On the basis of the rack’s structural dynamics analysis and stiffness andstrength’s requirements, the optimization design is used to find the best structureparameters of rack. In order to provide a reference for the vibrating conveyer equipment’s design and transformation, the vibration parameters of the vibrating conveyer isoptimized, on this basis, a complete set of optimal parameters is taken by simplify therack structure and optimization design.The experimental study of the vibrating conveyer’s dynamic characteristic and thestrain’s situation, through analyzing the data obtained in time and frequency domains, therack’s vibration states and the reason of rack vibration cause was figured out. Byprocessing data of strain, the exciting force is deduced also. The results of experiment areclose to the theoretic calculation, the experiment verifies the correct simulation result.
