The new type of vibration sieve is a novel vibration sieve, compared to ordinary vibration sieve having a high screening efficiency, vibration, acceleration, and the processing capacity.With the rapid development of science and technology, especially the development of modern computer technology for the product in the case of physical prototypes fatigue analysis of the virtual prototype to provide favorable conditions. Compared to traditional fatigue life prediction, fatigue life analysis of the virtual prototype model can easily re-design, modify, edit the properties of the material, and adjust the call load spectrum under different environment makes it possible for different circumstances simulation, to overcome the inadequacies of many of the traditional experimental method.In this paper, with reference to a large number of domestic and international virtual durability Integrated Simulation, a highly efficient vibration sieve as the research object, the fatigue life of a virtual prototype of its floating sieve analysis. First, the use of Pro/E high efficiency vibrating screen three-dimensional solid modeling. The finite element software ANSYS for floating sieve shaker stress and strain analysis, modal analysis and flexible body floating sieve. For future product design and development, shorten product development time, reduce production costs and improve the competitiveness of the market.
