The Electronic Bridge Maintenance And Management System Of B/S Architecture Based On Variable Weight Evaluation

At present,there are large number of bridges in our country. Bridge maintenance worksituation are increasing serious, how to complete the bridge maintenance work scientific,efficient and economic, is suspends in front of bridge maintenance workers. In order toadapt to the needs of the current bridge maintenance work,This article will use the moderncomputer technology to develop the electronic bridge maintenance and managementsystem,which will adapt to our country’s standard system of the bridge maintenance,basedon the fully research on the current electronic bridge maintenance and management systems.This article mainly includes the following several aspects:(1) The research on the evaluation method of the bridge maintenance standardAt first, this article will analys the existing standard system of the bridge maintenance,on this basis, the variable weight theory will be introduced into the 《JTG/TH21—2011.Standards for Technical Condition Evaluation of Highway Bridges[S]》. Andform the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) based on the variable weight theory,which willreflect the server defect of the small weight component in the result of the evaluation.(2) The development of the bridge maintenance and management systemThe current bridge maintenance and management system can’t completely meet theneeds of the bridge maintenance work, this article will use.NET、C#、the technology ofASP and the database to develop the user interface and backstage supporter’s database of thebridge maintenance and management system. Compared with the current systems,thissystem develop the disease system of the bridge at the same time,it can easily track allprevious evaluation results.(3) Realize electronic and streamline of the bridge inspection and evaluation systemThis article will bring the current system into the electronic bridge maintenance andmanagement system through the computer programming based on the full understanding ofthe bridge maintenance and management system, which will realize electronic andstreamline of the bridge inspection and evaluation system.
