Multiple valve is one of the key component of the hydraulic system used in concretepump truck. its property directly affects the maneuverability, security performance,construction quality and operational efficiency of the truck. The performance of the pumptruck is influenced by the property of the multiple valve. However, the multiple valve used inthe current domestic pump truck is almost entirely dependent on imports. So, there will bevital practical significance to carry out the research of multiple valve, for improving thetechnical level of domestic multiple valve.In the thesis, the author studied multiple valve through simulating and experimenting.Based on analyzing the working principle of the hydraulic system, a mathematical model ofmultiple valve was established and the structural parameters which impact the stability offlow via valve port were discussed. The mathematical models of flow area were established,and a software calculating flow area was developed based on MATLAB. The flow andpressure characteristics were tested experimentally, and the problems of too large leak andpoor flow stability were pointed out by comparatively analyzing experimental results anddesign goals. Meanwhile, the improvement scheme of structural parameters was proposed. Basedon AMESim simulation software, simulation mode of multiple valve was built. Thecorrectness of the model was verified combining with experimental results, and flowdistribution characteristics of multiple valve under typical condition were simulated. Inaddition, the author simulated the improved multiple valve. The results show that theperformance of improved multiple design is better. This study laid the foundation for thefurther research about multiple valve and is instructive for the design of multiple valve.
